Delegate Fee

We are very happy to offer GST free registrations to our early bird delegates. However, we do have regular, late and on-spot registrations with GST. It is advisable to register early to avail not only concessional fee but also GST free registration.

We are also very proud to have endorsement from various reputed societies like International Cartilage Regeneration and Joint Preservation Society (ICRS), Indonesian Orthopedic Society for Sport Medicine and Arthroscopy (IOSSMA), Indian Cartilage Society (ICS), Society of Knee Surgeons of India (SKI), Ahmedabad Arthroscopy Academy (AAA) etc. As a small gesture, we are happy to offer a small concession in the registration fee for the Master Class to the members to these societies.

In addition to the registration for the main event- the Master Class on Cartilage Repair, we are also offering registration for the Knee MR-Radiology Workshop to MR-Radiologists as well as to Arthroscopy Surgeons. We encourage combo registrations to a team of MR-Radiologists and Arthroscopists, who often work together. We are also happy to introduce combo registrations for the Arthroscopists/ Ortho Surgeons who want to attend both the Master Class and the Knee MR Radiology Workshop at a highly concessional rates.

As per GST laws, we can offer a GST exempt registration up to a certain limit. We are happy to extend that limit to our early bird and early-regular fee delegates. However, there is a limit of GST exempt. As soon as the limit is over, we no longer will be able to provide GST exempt registrations.

Online Registration

The registration for the Master Class on Cartilage Repair, and associated workshops and hotel is only possible thru this online registration form available on this website. Kindly do not use any other means of registration.

Accommodation

We have pre-booked large number of rooms at the conference venue at the highly discounted rates. However, the number of rooms are limited and are running out fast. Delegates can choose to book the hotel room thru the delegate registration form, or they may choose to book the accommodation directly at the rack-rate of the hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in nearby vicinity to match to every budget.

All the rooms blocked by us are already booked. We shall provide more accommodation booking opportunities as soon as those become available.

Receipt

You will receive online confirmation by email via RazorPay if you have submitted correct credentials. The final receipt from the organisers will be sent to your official email ID once the payments are received in our accounts and once the registration data is compiled.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The hotel check-in time is 2 pm and check out time is 12 noon. The early check-in and late check-out facility is at the sole discretion of the hotel and at the room availability. Conference organisers are not responsible for the same.
  2. Read carefully about your registration details and accommodation dates before registering.
  3. The cancellation policy is stated separately.

Cancellation Policy for Conference Registration

Cancellation by Delegate

You registered for the event but then you had a change of mind, or something else came up. No problem, it is understandable. A refund is possible after deducting administrative fee, e-commerce fee and other fees as below.

  • In case the cancellation request is received before 31.10.2024, 50% refund in the conference fee will be possible.
  • In case the cancellation request is received before 31.12.2024, 25% refund in the conference fee will be possible.
  • No refund request will be possible after 31.12.2024.
  • GST refund in all the cases will only be possible if GST is charged to you and have already not been paid by us to the Govt.

Cancellation by Organisers

Sometimes, nature is not in a mood to support or there may be a situation beyond organiser’s control; be it an act of God or a pandemic or anything else. In such situations, the organisers may be forced to cancel the event. We do have a policy for such a scenario. All the refund requests will be processed two weeks after the official declaration of the cancellation of the event or when the situation gets under control.

  • In case cancellation of the event is declared before 31.10.2024, 100% refund will be processed in the conference fee.
  • In case cancellation of the event is declared before 31.12.2024, 75% refund will be processed in the conference fee.
  • No refund will be possible if cancellation of the event is declared after 31.12.2024.
  • The GST refund in all situations will only be possible if GST is charged to you and if we receive the refund from the Govt and on pro-rata basis.

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation Booking

Cancellation by Delegate

  • All the refund requests will be processed two weeks after the completion of the event. The refund request must be received at our official email ID and the date of receipt of the email will be considered. No personal communication will be possible.
  • In case the cancellation request is received within 10 days of booking the accommodation, 75% refund in hotel reservation fee will be possible.
  • In case the cancellation request is received after 10 days of booking the accommodation, 25% refund in hotel reservation fee will be possible.
  • No refund request will be possible after 31.10.2024.
  • No refund request will be possible after 31.10.2024.
  • GST refund in all the cases will only be possible if GST is charged to you and if GST is already not been paid by us to the Govt.

Cancellation by Organisers

  • All the refund requests will be processed two weeks after the official declaration of the cancellation of the event or when the situation gets under control.
  • In case cancellation of the event is declared before 31.10.2024, 75% refund will be processed in the hotel booking fee.
  • In case cancellation of the event is declared before 31.12.2024, 25% refund will be processed in the hotel booking fee.
  • No refund will be possible if cancellation of the event is declared after 31.12.2024.
  • The hotel refund will depend on the refund received from the hotel if any and when received from the hotel, on pro-rata basis and as per hotel refund policy with us.

The GST refund in all situations will only be possible if GST is charged to you and if we receive the refund from the Govt and on pro-rata basis.
